These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TraveloBooking (travelobooking.online) and our car rental assistance services. By using our website or calling our team, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

TraveloBooking is an independent third-party car rental assistance company. We are not a rental car company ourselves and don't represent any specific rental brand. We help travelers compare and book rental vehicles through our network of third-party rental suppliers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle through our service. Additional age restrictions and fees may apply depending on the supplier and vehicle class. If booking for someone else, you confirm they meet these requirements.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only once payment is processed and a confirmation is issued
• Every rental is subject to the supplier's own rental agreement and policies
• TraveloBooking acts as an intermediary — we are not the rental company itself
• Vehicle availability and pricing can change until your booking is fully confirmed

4. Pricing & Fees

Quoted rates include the base rental cost and our service fee, shown clearly before you confirm. Additional charges — such as insurance, fuel, or extra driver fees — are set by the rental supplier and may apply at pickup.

5. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards. A valid credit card and driver's license are typically required at vehicle pickup. Authorizing payment means you've agreed to the stated total.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate renter and contact information
• Present a valid driver's license and payment method at pickup
• Review your rental agreement and vehicle condition at pickup
• Return the vehicle on time and in the agreed condition
• Follow all supplier policies regarding fuel, mileage, and vehicle use

7. Limitation of Liability

TraveloBooking isn't liable for vehicle availability issues, damages, or service problems caused by the rental supplier directly. Our liability is limited to the service fees you've paid us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, as well as United States law where our services are used within the US.
