⚠️ All cancellations and refunds follow the policies of our third-party rental suppliers. TraveloBooking's own service fees are non-refundable in most cases.
When you book through TraveloBooking, your rental is ultimately fulfilled by one of our supplier partners. Cancellation rules depend on the vehicle class, the supplier, and how close you are to your pickup date.

Changes to pickup/drop-off dates or locations are possible subject to availability and the supplier's rules. A change fee may apply on top of any rate difference. Reach out as early as you can if your plans shift.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank's own processing times.
If a rental supplier cancels or is unable to fulfill your reservation, we'll help you secure a refund or an alternative vehicle where possible. TraveloBooking isn't responsible for cancellations initiated by the supplier.
